CNA / PCAs

Helps with prescribed exercises which the Clients and in-home Aides have been taught by Licensed healthcare practitioner., and also performs incidental household services which are essential to the client's care at home.
Performs activities of Daily living such as Hygiene, Bathing, Sweeping, Mopping, Cooking, Laundry etc.
Must be certify as a Nursing Assistant by the State of North Carolina and PCAs should be previously well experienced to qualify for these positions.

Registered Nurses

Conducts the initial and annual assessment of the ADL needs of the client at home where applicable.
Develops and implement the client's in-home aide task and plan of care.
Provides Supervisory visit at least every 90 days to evaluate clients' need and service satisfaction.
Teach, supervise and counsel the Aide and family members about providing care for the client at home.
And must be a graduate from accredited college of Nursing, and Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.

Live-in Caregivers
